QADC prepared road map assigning the tasks along a specific timeline to work on the strategic plan for the 2022-23 to 2026-2027. QADC conducted several work sessions with staff on reviewing Vision and Mission statement, core values and graduate attributes to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the process of drafting the vision and mission statements. In addition, several engaging sessions were organized with the students, alumni and staff to conduct a SWOT analysis in order to receive a well-informed feedback about GU position and future direction as perceived by different stakeholders. The interviews and SWOT were part of the environmental scanning process, which also involved reviewing documents and conducting PESTEL and TOWS analysis.
