Within the Master of Media program, the Faculty of Communication and Media Technologies hosted a scientific session on”International Publishing of Media Research in the SCOPUS Database” (Writing Technologies and Publishing Methods),presented by Dr. Abdelkarim Ziani, Professor of Journalism and Digital Media at Umm Al Quwain University (UAE),Dr.Zayani spoke about the steps of scientific publishing in the SCOPUS database, which is a huge database of thousands of scientific publications and books, and the variety of classifications of journals to be published (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4), Zayani also explained a number of technologies to be taken into account for the possible publication of any scientific paper in the International Scopus Database.
برنامج ماجستير الإعلام يستضيف د.عبد الكريم الزياني في محاذرة حول النشر العلمي في سكوبس.
إستضافت كلية الاتصال وتقنيات الإعلام ضمن برنامج الماجستير، الدكتور عبد الكريم الزياتي أستاذ الصحافة والإعلام الرقمي في جامعة أم القوين بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في محاضرة بعنوان النشر الدولي لبحوث الإعلام في قاعدة بيانات سكوبس ( تكنيات الكتابة وأساليب النشر) ، تحدث خلالها عن خطوات النشر العلمي في قاعدة بيانات سكوبس والتي تعد قاعدة بيانات ضخمة تضم الآلاف من المنشورات العلمية والكتب ، وتتنوع تصنيفات المجلات المراد النشر (Q1, Q2,Q3,Q4)) ، كما أوضح الزياني عدد من التكنيكات الواجب مراعاتها لإمكانية نشر أي ورقة علمية في قاعدة البيانات الدولية سكوبس.
