Dr. Nur Suriaty Binti Duad Workshop: Advanced Academic Writing & High-Impact Publishing — Strategies for Scholarly Excellence
Gulf University Research Council organized a workshop on Advanced Academic Writing & High-Impact Publishing: Strategies for Scholarly Excellence, conducted by Dr. Nur Suriaty Binti Duad, Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Penang Branch, Malaysia, and moderated by Dr. Mohammed Alshekhly.
The workshop addressed advanced techniques for structuring high-impact research articles, refining argumentation, and meeting the editorial expectations of leading international journals. Participants reviewed strategies for clarity, coherence, and persuasive scholarly writing.
Particular attention was given to identifying the right target journals, navigating peer-review feedback, and increasing the likelihood of acceptance in indexed and well-cited venues.
