Gulf University, through the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences and the Accounting and Financial Sciences Department, successfully organized the FinTech Innovation Exhibition 2026, highlighting the creativity, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit of its students.
The exhibition brought together university leadership, faculty members, industry professionals, and representatives from Bahrain’s financial and banking sectors. Student teams presented innovative FinTech projects that demonstrated their ability to apply emerging technologies and digital financial solutions to address real-world challenges in the financial industry.
The projects were evaluated by academics and industry experts, with the top three teams receiving First, Second, and Third Place awards in recognition of their innovation, technical excellence, and practical impact.
The exhibition also provided students with valuable experiential learning by enabling them to present their work to industry leaders and receive professional feedback. The event reaffirmed Gulf University’s commitment to fostering innovation, strengthening academia–industry collaboration, and preparing graduates with the practical skills needed to thrive in the evolving digital economy.
