Dr. Idris's teaching philosophy integrates active learning, critical inquiry, and applied research. He encourages students to connect theory to practice through case-based learning, digital simulations, and collaborative projects that address real-world digital transformation challenges.

Dr. Idris is committed to developing innovative and ethical graduates capable of leading digital transformation. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Digital Disruption for Business Innovation, Managing Digital Transformation, Work in a Digital World, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and Digital Skills in Business. His teaching emphasizes participatory learning, critical reflection, and the integration of digital tools to equip students with practical and analytical skills aligned with today's global economy.
