Sustainable Cities and Communities

Gulf University promote sustainable campus operations, integrate sustainable urban planning and eco-friendly design projects into the curriculum within the offered programs, engage with the community, foster partnerships with relevant industries, support sustainable transportation, promote environmental education and environmental thinking, address disaster risk reduction, advocate for affordable housing, smart and sustainable constructions, preserve cultural heritage, and collaborate for sustainable cities and communities. These efforts contributing to create sustainable and resilient cities and communities as outlined in SDG 11.
