Gayth Yunis, a student from the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department, represented the Gulf University IEEE Student Branch at IEEE Day by presenting a project entitled IOT Smoke/ Gas Detector, supervised by Dr. Walid El-Fezzani, Head of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department.
Dr. Aseel Al-Ayash, Dean of the College of Engineering, and Mrs. Mariam Emad, Coordinator of the Engineering College, also were invited to the event. This annual event highlights the benefits of IEEE membership for students within the IEEE Bahrain Section.
