Objective | · Provide participants with a foundational understanding of mental health, including common mental health disorders and their symptoms.
· Equip individuals with the ability to recognize signs and symptoms of stress in themselves and others. · Introduce a variety of stress management techniques, including mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and time management strategies. · Foster resilience skills to help individuals cope with challenges and bounce back from adversity. · Explore strategies for achieving a healthy work-life balance, reducing stress related to professional and personal demands. · Teach effective communication skills to express feelings and concerns, reducing interpersonal stressors. · Provide guidance on creating and maintaining a supportive environment, both at work and in personal life. · Inform participants about available mental health resources and encourage seeking professional help when needed. |
