My approach to teaching and learning revolves more around encouraging students to awaken their curiosity and desire to learn and the classroom be student-centered (Constructivism approach). I use a mixture of active learning strategies to inspire engagement, and participation, leading to a vibrant learning community and helping to improve the learning outcomes of each learner quickly and retain more. I draw connections to real-life cases through group analysis, brainstorming, innovation, and creative ideas. I also link teaching with research in all the courses that I teach. I encourage my students to finish with portfolios demonstrating their capacity to apply their learning, make changes, improve their practice, and analyze the results. I am using various visualization techniques such as videos, flow charts, graphic organizers, and concept maps that allow students to receive the information in a simpler, clearer, and more systematic way. Additionally, I incorporate AI tools in teaching, learning, and assessment to enhance the educational experience.
